2 1/2 cups Water

1/2 cup Uncooked

1 TBS Reduced Sodium
Soy Sauce

6 +/- Green Onions Diced or Aspargus

1 TBS of Applesauce
can replace butter

2/3 Cup Sliced,
Toasted Almonds

Some Sunflower seeds
(about 1/4 cup-ish)

Some Sesame Seeds
(2-3 Tbs is usually enough!)

In large pan bring
Rice, Water and Soy to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 min.
(sometimes as much as an hour depending on taste)

In a small skillet Sautee Onions until tender, add Sunflower
and sesame seeds and salt. Heat thoroughly.

Add to Rice. Serve. Yum!
